We do our best to manage the delivery with Colissimo but delays might be expected on few post codes.
Shipping to Italy is unavailable at the moment.
WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?
All our products are manufactured in France. SOSKIN is fully proficient in all phases of its activity, from creating formulas to packaging final products, in a certified environment.
WHERE CAN I FIND THE LIST OF INGREDIENTS OF A PRODUCT?
The list of ingredients is available on each product page, in the INGREDIENTS section.
HOW IS PRODUCT AVAILABILITY MANAGED?
Our stocks are updated daily. However, if one of the products selected is temporarily unavailable at the time of your order, you will receive an email notification and will be informed of the forecasted date for dispatch of the product. Products that are out of stock will be sent when they become available again.
HOW CAN I OBTAIN A SAMPLE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
For any order placed on SOSKIN e-shop, you will get the choice between 5 of our samples sets before confirming your order.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER FROM ABROAD?
Of course. The delivery on soskin.fr is also available internationally, in a selection of countries where SOSKIN is not distributed yet.
SOSKIN ships abroad in the following countries:
Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Spain, Great Britain, Ireland, Danmark, Hungary, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Finland, Iceland, Malta, Norway, Romania.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE ?
Select your products, click on "Add to basket” then finalise your order. To finalise an order, you need to:
- Create a client account or connect to your account in the "My account” space (top right)
- Provide your contact details
- Select your mode of delivery
- Enter the information concerning payment
- Validate the transaction

We hope that your order gives you absolute satisfaction. However, should you not be completely satisfied, you can return the products you are not happy with, at your expense and in their original packaging, within 14 days of receiving your order, to the following address:

For the return to be accepted, the product(s) must be in perfect condition, in the original box, and unused.
Following acceptance of the product(s) to be exchanged, we will implement the refund.
The processing time for returned packages may be between 2 and 3 weeks. After this period, we would ask you to contact our Customer Service department at the following address: hel[email protected]
For any exchange, please follow the same procedure for a product return, and place your order again.
